EAST LAKE – The Rotary Club of East Lake Sunrise, East Lake Fire Rescue, and the East Lake Woodlands Country Club will host a Texas Holdem Charity Poker Tournament to benefit the department’s newly acquired “Marine 57” rescue boat.

Marine 57 is the only rescue airboat in Pinellas County. The Rotary Club of East Lake Sunrise has been working to help provide East Lake Fire Rescue with a vehicle dedicated to the boat’s transportation, as well as supplies needed for its rescue efforts.

The Charity Poker Tournament is scheduled for 6 p.m. Friday (Nov. 10) at the East Lake Woodlands Country Club, 1055 E Lake Woodlands Pkwy, Oldsmar. ZEveryone is welcome with no experience required. Light hors d’oeuvres will be provided and a cash bar. Registration is a $35 donation.
