The city of Seminole turns 50 this year.

SEMINOLE – This city’s celebrations of its 50th birthday will be kicked off Wednesday (Jan. 22) during a meeting of the Seminole Historical Society.

The free program, the Present Remembers the Past, is open to all but the society asks that those who plan to attend reserve a spot to ensure adequate seating is available.
