A dealer will have an electric vehicle to test drive.

LARGO – The city of Largo invites car lovers of all ages to the second annual Largo Car Show presented by Pinellas Technical College at Largo Central Park from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday (Nov. 17).

Vehicles from all over Tampa Bay will be on display. From classics to SUVs, trucks to motorcycles, all vehicles are welcome.

To add a spark to this year’s event, electric vehicles will also be a part of the show. The city is teaming up with the Southern Alliance for Clean Energy for the electric vehicle component. SACE will be on hand to talk with attendees about driving electric.

They’ll also have a variety of EV owners on hand to talk to about their EV driving experience and show off their cars. A dealership will bring an electric car so you can come out and test drive an EV.

Trophies will be awarded for the top 50 vehicles in the car show. Plus, there will be prizes, food and a silent auction with proceeds benefiting the city’s teen and youth athletics programs.

Attendees will hear the best music from the 50s, 60s and 70s courtesy of WKID 96.7. Best of all, the event is FREE to attend.

The cost to display a vehicle is $10 per vehicle. Pre-register online. For information, call  (727) 587-6740 ext. 5046.
