Kids of all ages can have breakfast with Santa this Saturday (Dec. 12) morning in Pinellas Park – a prelude to the evening’s Christmas parade.

PINELLAS PARK – Saturday (Dec. 12) is full of holiday fun in this city.

The day kicks off with Breakfast with Santa. The menu includes pancakes, sausage, juice, milk and coffee. Advance registration is required.

Later in the day, a good sized chunk of eastbound Park Boulevard will be closed while floats and other displays line up for the night Christmas parade. The parade steps off at 6 p.m. at 58th Street N (railroad tracks) and proceeds eastbound on Park to the Shoppes at Park Place. It features bands, floats, soldiers, dancers, equestrian groups and much, much more!

The parade route is completely closed no later than 4 p.m., but officials advise you to wait until at least 4:30 p.m. to start gathering along the road. Lawn chairs and blankets are welcome. Handicapped seating is available at Taylor Family Funeral Home, 5300 Park Blvd., The seating area is accessible from 53rd Street via 70th Avenue. Featuring bands, floats, soldiers, dancers, equestrian groups and much, much more!
