Vacation | Vacation Rental | Travel

The public session will include information on current rules and a chance for residents to be heard.

DUNEDIN – Officials in Dunedin have scheduled a public listening session to gather residents’ thoughts and comments about vacation rentals.

The listening session is scheduled for 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesday (Jan. 30) at the Hale Center, 330 Douglas Ave. in Dunedin.

There will be a brief staff presentation on Dunedin’s current regulations and those of nearby cities, followed by citizen input. City officials say they value residents’ opinions and hope they will share suggestions and concerns. Residents’ feedback will help to shape how the city approaches vacation rentals.

If you have a disability that requires accommodation, please notify the ADA Coordinator 48 hours before the scheduled meeting at (727) 298-3199 so that reasonable accommodations can be made.

For questions or information, contact Lael Giebel at (727) 298-2755.
