St. Petersburg Man Dies in I-275 Crash
The SUV he was driving left the roadway, the Florida Highway Patrol said.
ST. PETERSBURG – A St. Petersburg man died Friday (July 13) in a traffic crash on I-275, the Florida Highway Patrol said.
David Charles Binge, 69, of St. Petersburg, died at the scene.
The crash happened about 3:39 p.m. on southbound I-275 near Mile Marker 19.
Troopers said Mr. Binge was driving a 2005 Ford Explorer south on I-275 when, for an unknown reason, the SUV left the road and entered the center median where it collided with several trees.
