Motorcyclist Seriously Injured in Tyrone Boulevard Crash
Alcohol is not a factor in the crash, St. Petersburg police said.
ST. PETERSBURG – A woman was critically injured in a motorcycle crash Friday (March 8) on Tyrone Boulevard, the St. Petersburg Police Department said.
Terri Heisele, 59, was taken to Bayfront Health St. Petersburg, where she remained in critical but stable condition late Friday.
Police said Heisele was driving a 2001 Suzuki motorcycle northwest on Tyrone Boulevard in the curb lane when she collided with the side of a 2015 Infiniti sedan that was making an eastbound turn from Tyrone onto 13th Avenue N. Alcohol was not a factor in the crash.
The investigation is ongoing.
