Officers made three arrests over the weekend that solved crimes ranging from attempted murder to robbery, the Tampa Police Department said.

TAMPA – Officers solved multiple unrelated crimes over the weekend with the arrests of three men, the Tampa Police Department said.

The three include a violent criminal, a prolific robber suspected in more than 20 thefts throughout the state of Florida, and a suspect on a fast food robbery spree. Police said the arrests will play a significant role in local and statewide investigations, in addition to helping reduce crime.

Bobby Lee Story, 52, of Tampa, was charged with one count each of attempted first degree murder, resisting an officer without violence, and burglary of an unoccupied dwelling.

Police said he stabbed a 48-year-old man at the Kain Cares Apts., 2301 E# Sligh Ave., on Thursday (Sept. 13). Officers said they found him Friday (Sept. 14) while responding to a call regarding a man sleeping inside an abandoned home near the 6500 block of N 22nd Street.

Story was taken into custody after a foot pursuit.

In addition to facing an attempted murder charge in Tampa, Story also had an active warrant out of the Orange County Sheriff’s Office for aggravated battery. Police said he is also considered the primary suspect in an Orange County murder investigation.

Anthony Bradin Fee, 40, of Tampa, was charged with three counts of robbery less than $300 and one count each of possession of cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia.

The robbery charges stem from a string of fast food restaurant robberies. Police said Fee started his robbery spree shortly after midnight Friday when he climbed through the drive-through window at the McDonald’s on Central Avenue and Martin Luther King Boulevard. He implied that he had a gun and demanded money from the register.

Fee committed a second robbery several hours later at the Burger King at 2302 N 21st St. Officers said they captured Fee as he was fleeing the scene of a third robbery at the Kentucky Fried Chicken located at 3202 E Hillsborough Ave.

Fee was released from Florida State Prison on Thursday after serving a two-year sentence for burglary.

Rodrick Lamont Clark, 45, of Tampa, was charged with three counts of robbery less than $300 and one count each of petit theft first degree and robbery by sudden snatching.

Police said that Clark is responsible for more than 20 robberies throughout the state. Clark was taken into custody after he robbed the CVS, 2911 E Fowler Ave., on Saturday (Sept. 15).

Osceola County Sheriff deputies were conducting surveillance on Clark at the time of the robbery and they helped nab him.

Detectives from the Tampa Police Department, Osceola County Sheriff’s Office, Temple Terrace Police Department, and Ocoee Police Department interviewed Clark on his involvement in similar robberies. Additional charges are pending in this multi-jurisdictional investigation.
