The accused knew the victim, Pinellas deputies said.

ST. PETERSBURG – Pinellas County Sheriff’s deputies have accused a St. Petersburg man of sexual battery on a 13 year old.

Ronnie O’Brian Charles Kasten II was charged with one count each of sexual battery and lewd and lascivious molestation.

Deputies said that, on Sunday (March 19), a family member reported that the victim came forward and told them that inappropriate sexual activity had taken place on multiple occasions with t Kasten. Deputies said the victim was 11-years-of-age when the first incident occurred in 2014. Kasten was arrested Monday (March 20).
