The man turned himself in to police Saturday (June 11) morning, a St. Petersburg police spokeswoman said.

ST. PETERSBURG – Police arrested a teen they say shot and killed another teen on Friday (June 10).

Marquez Bingham, 18, of 801 11th Ave. S, turned himself in to the St. Petersburg police at 11 a.m. Saturday. Police charged him with the second degree murder of Trevion Larkins, 15, who was shot and killed Friday (June 10). Police said they found Larkins, already dead from his wounds, shortly after 7 p.m. on 4th Street S. Witnesses told officers that an argument led up to the shooting.
