CLEARWATER – Klein & Heuchan, Inc. has announced it represented Prometheus Restaurant Office, LLC in the purchase of 520 D Street. The seller was the Mallory Trust. The building contains approximately 6,100 square feet of office space. The sale price was $560,000.
