You don’t have to be experienced for this kayak trip on Mobbly Bayou.

OLDSMAR – Come out and enjoy the beautiful waters surrounding Mobbly Bayou Wilderness Preserve. Discover the joys of paddling this beautiful estuary and experience some of nature’s hidden treasures: marvelous shore birds, tailing redfish, mysterious mangroves and much more await. Kayak, paddle and PFD provided. Wear clothes and shoes that can get wet. Bring a Ziploc bag or waterproof case for any electronics you wish to bring. Bring water and sunscreen. This outing is open to everyone 10 and older, no experience necessary.

The outing is scheduled for 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Saturday (March 19) at the Mobbly Bayou boat launch, National Orange Avenue. The cost is $12 with a rec card and $18 without a rec card.
