Seminole Boulevard Crash Fatal for Largo Pedestrian

The man walked into the path of an SUV, according to FHP troopers.

PINELLAS COUNTY – A Largo man died of injuries he suffered when he was hit by a sport utility vehicle while crossing Seminole Boulevard.

Florida Highway Patrol troopers said the 85-year-old pedestrian died at a hospital where he was taken after the crash.

The crash happened about 6:55 p.m. Wednesday (Dec. 23) on Seminole Boulevard at 119th Avenue N in Pinellas County.

The deceased man was crossing Seminole when he walked into the path of the southbound SUV, which was driven by a 68-year-old Largo man.
