Deputies Investigate Fatal Fire at Seminole Apartment Complex

SEMINOLE – Deputies from the arson/auto theft unit are investigating a fire that left one dead and six apartments damaged at a complex for seniors in Seminole, according to the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies said the fire at Seminole Garden Apartments, 8533 110th St. N, began about 4 this morning (July 15). Deputies went to the complex to help firefighters from Seminole Fire Rescue. Seminole Garden is a complex for seniors aged 55 and older.
One person has been pronounced deceased and six apartments were involved in the fire. No other details were immediately available.
