Tampa Man Accused of Possessing Child Pornography
Hillsborough deputies say that, during a search, they also found files that exhibited men and women involved in acts of bestiality.
TAMPA – A Tampa man turned himself in to deputies after a Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office investigation found he had dozens of photos and videos depicting child pornography.
Ron Bush, 38, turned himself in Wednesday (Oct. 6). Bush is charged with 47 counts of Possession of Child Pornography, five counts of Engage in Sexual Conduct or Sexual Contact With an Animal, two counts of In State Transmission of Child Pornography by Electronic Device, one count of Unlawful Use of a Two Way Communications Device, and one count of Tampering with Physical Evidence.
Deputies aid he also admitted to sending images of child pornography.
After a court-authorized search on the suspect’s phone, detectives said they found photos and videos of child pornography. They also found files that exhibited men and women involved in acts of bestiality.
“This suspect is right where he belongs: in jail,” said Sheriff Chad Chronister. “He selfishly exploited innocent children and animals. As a parent myself, I am horrified by his incomprehensible actions. There is no room for that type of behavior in our community and he will be charged to the fullest extent of the law.”
