Deputies said the deceased man had been reported missing when he failed to reach his destination after leaving a friend’s home in Pinellas Park. Pinellas Park police took a report, talked with the friend and began a missing person investigation.

This past Tuesday (May 5), deputies received information about an abandoned truck parked behind a business at 7895 Seminole Blvd. in Seminole. When deputies arrived, they discovered a deceased man inside the truck, who was determined to be the missing man.

Sheriff’s detectives said they learned that Resuli was the last person to meet with the dead man. Resuli, they said, murderedhim during an arranged meeting they had scheduled in Largo. Resuli then drove the victim’s truck to the victim’s home in Safety Harbor and burglarized the residence.

After the burglary, Resuli drove the victim’s truck to Seminole and parked it with the dead man inside.
