Pinellas Park Teen Dies Crossing Park Boulevard
He was in a pedestrian crosswalk, the Florida Highway Patrol said.
PINELLAS PARK – A Pinellas Park teen died Monday (June 25) when he was hit while crossing Park Boulevard, the Florida Highway Patrol said.
Minh Juynh Trung Linh, 18, died at the scene.
The crash happened about 11:40 a.m. at the intersection of Park Boulevard and 78th Street N. Troopers said Mr. Linh was crossing in the pedestrian crosswalk when he was hit by a 2010 Chevrolet Malibu driven by Nelida Del-Toro, 31, of Mulberry. Troopers said Del-Toro failed to see Mr. Linh.
The crash closed a section of Park for about three hours.
