The crash happened about 8 p.m. at the intersection of 49th Street and 70th Avenue N. Police said Fulford was driving a 2001 Ford F 150 north on 49th. He was in the westbound turn lane with a yellow traffic signal. Mr. Kulic was driving a 2012 Mazda 5 south on 49th Street in the center lane with a yellow traffic signal.
