HERNANDO COUNTY – A motorcycle driver died Friday (March 17) in a Hernando County crash, the Florida Highway Patrol said.

Anthony C. Elliot, 20, of Spring Hill, died at the scene. Michael J. Gennusa, 66, the driver of the other vehicle, and Helen M. Gennusa, 63, his passenger, both suffered minor injuries and were taken to Oak Hill Hospital. The Gennusas are both from Spring Hill.

The Honda turned north on Mariner into the path of the Kawasaki causing the two vehicles to collide.
