Log Truck Overturns, Closing Section of Northbound I-75
The Florida Highway Patrol says lanes in both directions of I-75 have been reopened.
TAMPA BAY – The Florida Highway Patrol reopened I-75 in both directions about 12:40 p.m. after it was closed while officials cleared debris from an overturned log truck.
The crash happened at the 285 mile marker, south of State Road 52 when a load of logs being hauled on a tractor trailer shifted. The driver lost control of the vehicle, which overturned onto its left side before colliding with the concrete barrier wall dividing northbound and southbound traffic.
