The Florida Highway Patrol says lanes in both directions of I-75 have been reopened.

TAMPA BAY – The Florida Highway Patrol reopened I-75 in both directions about 12:40 p.m. after it was closed while officials cleared debris from an overturned log truck.

The crash happened at the 285 mile marker, south of State Road 52 when a load of logs being hauled on a tractor trailer shifted. The driver lost control of the vehicle, which overturned onto its left side before colliding with the concrete barrier wall dividing northbound and southbound traffic. The tractor trailer came to final rest facing west in the inside lane and shoulder of northbound I-75.
