The detours and delays will be caused by road work.

HERNANDO COUNTY – Starting Monday (Feb. 1), drivers in some parts of Hernando can expect delays and detours while road work is being completed, according to the county’s department of public works. The DPW urges drivers to use caution while driving in those areas while the road work is underway.

The affected areas:

• Spring Hill Drive and Autumn Road where a culvert is being replaced. Work is scheduled to be completed by May 15.
• W Richard Drive where another culvert is being replaced. Work is expected to be finished by April 1.
