The crash happened about 5:50 p.m. Friday (April 7) at the intersection of U.S. 41 and Morgan Road in Pasco County. Troopers said Patrick, who was northbound on U.S. 41, tried to make a U-turn at the intersection. The 2009 Kia Spectra she was driving traveled into the path of the 2015 Honda Shadow driven by Kane which was southbound on U.S. 41. After the Kia and Honda collided, the Kia hit a curb, then bounced off and hit the 2017 Chevrolet Impala driven by Farmer, which was stopped in the northbound left turn lane of U.S. 41.
