One driver lost control of his car, the Florida Highway Patrol said.

PINELLAS COUNTY – Three people died Wednesday (Sept. 21) in a head-on collision on Bryan Dairy Road, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.

Hoang Minh Pham, 46, of Seminole, and Ronald Aloysuis Reilly, 54, of Largo, died at the scene. Kimberlee Kaye Stewart, 47, also of Largo, was taken to Largo Medical Center where she died of her injuries. Ms. Stewart was a passenger in Mr. Reilly’s car.

The crash happened about 9:41 p.m. on Bryan Dairy Road west of Starkey Road. Mr. Pham was driving a 2009 Toyota Camry eastbound on Bryan Dairy when he lost control on a curve, FHP troopers said. The Camry traveled over the median into the oncoming lanes where it crashed into a 2007 Cadillac DTS driven by Mr. Reilly. Alcohol does not appear to be a factor in the crash.
