PASCO COUNTY – A woman died and four others were seriously injured Sunday (June 3) in a head-on traffic crash on U.S. 41, the Florida Highway Patrol said.

Shaita Guillory, 30, of Citrus Springs, died at the scene. The driver of the other car, Ryan Manley, 26, of St. Petersburg, and his passenger, Christopher Reilly, 27, of Philadelphia, PA, were taken to Regional Medical Center Bayonet Point in serious condition.

The crash happened about 8 a.m. on U.S. 41 near Fontaine Avenue in Pasco County.

Troopers said Manley was driving a 2018 Hyundai Accent north on U.S. 41 approaching Fontaine. Just south of the intersection, the Hyundai drifted into the southbound lane and hit the 2002 Saturn SC2 that Ms. Guillory was driving head on.

Troopers said Manley had been drinking.
