The crash happened about 6:50 p.m. on Decubelis Road west of Old Homestead Road. Troopers said Mr. Davis was driving a 2005 Dodge pickup truck east on Decubelis when he lost control.

The pickup left the rain-slicked road and collided with a raised concrete curb and sidewalk. It then struck aluminum railings and overturned onto the shoulder where it came to rest.
