No one was injured in the crash.

Troopers said the crash happened about 5:09 p.m. Sunday (June 3) on the westbound Gandy bridge in Pinellas County. Jeffrey John Pinney, 41, of Tampa, was towing an 18-foot boat using a 2012 Ford F150 pickup truck. The boat trailer hitch malfunctioned, causing the trailer to separate from the truck.
