Puerto Rico, International All Stars to Play in Final Games of International Baseball Spring Series

The final two games of the St. Petersburg International Baseball’s spring series are Thursday (April 13) and Saturday (April 15).

ST. PETERSBURG – The final two games of the of St. Petersburg International Baseball’s seventh season welcome the Puerto Rico Elite and Europe’s World All-Stars baseball teams.

The games are scheduled for Thursday (April 13) and Saturday (April 15). Games will be played at the historic Huggins-Stengel Field, 1320 Fifth St. N. Mayor Rick Kriseman will throw out the first pitch at 1:30 p.m. Thursday. Saturday’s game begins at 1 p.m.

The World All-Stars team features players from 12 countries, including Australia, Belarus, China, the Czech Republic, France, Germany, Italy, New Zealand, Spain, and three continents. Meanwhile, players from Mexico, Nicaragua, and Puerto Rico round out the Puerto Rican roster.

Admission to both games is free with free parking available. Gates open one hour before game time.
