TAMPA – The Tampa Bay Black Heritage Festival is at it again putting on another event in the Tampa Bay area – a comedy show.

The Festival will be presenting an annual fundraiser featuring national and local comedians and live entertainment at 5:30 p.m. Nov. 6 at Ford Thunder Alley at AMALIE® Arena.
