The Great Mothers Day Race is designed to have families and friends to get off the couch, get moving, and create exciting memories of fun and adventure.

TAMPA – The Great Mother’s Day Race Tampa 5K Run/Walk is an event that the whole family can do together to create a unique, and lasting, family memory. The event is family-friendly and focuses on health and wellness, plus competition. We want families and friends to get off the couch, get moving, and create exciting memories of fun and adventure. Strollers are welcome; it’s never to early to start an active lifestyle.

The race also has a virtual component for moms and other athletes around the U.S. who can’t make the Tampa race. They will register and run/walk the 5K at whatever location that they’re at. They will receive an official bib, dri-fit T-shirt, and medal. Most importantly, they’ll be able to participate in the fun where ever they are.

When: 8 a.m. Sunday (May 8) – Mother’s Day

Where: Al Lopez Park, 4810 W Himes Ave.

Cost: $20-$35 through 6 p.m. Saturday (May 7); $40 on race day.
