It’s Pumpkin Palooza Time in St. Pete

The festival includes a canned food drive in observance of World Food Day.

ST. PETERSBURG – This is the 13th year for the Pumpkin Palooza Fall Festival sponsored by the GFWC Junior Women’s Club.

The event features a pumpkin patch where you can buy pumpkins, pumpkin decorating, kid’s inflatables, petting zoo, games, prizes, crafts, face and hair painting, raffle goodie baskets, live entertainment and much more. Admission to the event is free, and tickets will be available for purchase for food and games.

In observance of World Food Day, the Women’s Club will be collecting canned and boxed food at the event, which will be donated to Northside Benevolence Ministries. Bring your donation with you to the ticket table and receive one free ticket for one to five donated items and two free tickets for six to 10 donated items. Tickets can be used towards the purchase of food, drinks, or games at the event.

It’s 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday (Oct. 1) at Northside Baptist Church, 6000 38th Ave. N.
