The Oldsmar Days and Nights Festival is 56 years old this year.

OLDSMAR – Classic cars, classic cock sand classic Florida is what festival goers will experience at Oldsmar’s longest running festival this weekend.

Now in its 56^th year, the 2017 Oldsmar Days & Nights Festival is set for this weekend (March 31, April 1-2,) at RE Olds Park, 107 Shore Drive W. Admission and parking are free. It is sponsored by the Upper Tampa Bay Chamber of Commerce.

Highlights of the three-day event include a carnival and midway; car shows featuring Oldsmobiles and  All-Comers including classics and hot rods, a Saturday morning community parade,  and an arts and crafts show. Live bands include the Black Honkeys, Stormbringer, Jeriko Turnpike, Radio Crime, Fire and Ice, and Greg Billing. A Wing Wars competition among local restaurants is also on the agenda in addition to other great food.

The event runs 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. Friday (March 31), 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Saturday (April 1), and noon to 7 p.m. Sunday.
