Police said they will resume searching at 8 a.m. today (July 2).

TAMPA – Police here say they are searching for a missing swimmer.

The search for Robert A. Lucas began about 2:50 p.m. Saturday (July 1). Family members said they last saw him swimming in the bay at Cypress Point Park.

Police suspended the search about 8 p.m. but say it will resume about 8 a.m. today (July 2).
