Sparky will be one of the attractions at Seminole Fire Rescue’s open house this Saturday (Feb. 11).

SEMINOLE – This city’s fire rescue department has scheduled an open house from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday (Feb. 11).

The event, at Fire Station 29, 11195 70th Ave. N, includes refreshments, fire safety tips, touch a truck, games and the vehicle extrication team, among other activities. Sparky the fire dog, a tour of the station and lessons in using a fire extinguisher will also be part of the activities.
