Tom Jamison is chief of East Lake Fire Rescue.

EAST LAKE – Tom Jamison, chief of East Lake Fire Rescue, has been elected to head the Pinellas County Fire Chiefs Association.

Jamison has 26 years’ experience in fire and emergency medical services. He was named chief of the East Lake department in 2011. He had served as secretary/treasurer of the chiefs’ association since since 2012.

Jamison takes the reins from Lealman fire Chief Rick Graham, who had served as association president since 2014.

The association is made up of chiefs from the 14 cities and four independent fire districts that provide fire and EMS service to Pinellas County’s residents and visitors.
