Kriseman Raises $51,000 in March for Reelection Bid

Rick Kriseman has raised more in the the first quarter of this year than he did in the first quarter of 2013, his last campaign.

ST. PETERSBURG -Mayor Rick Kriseman raised more than $51,000 in March for his reelection campaign.

The amount came from donations to the campaign and to a related committee. Kriseman has raised more than $292,000 so far.

“I’m humbled to receive such broad support from people throughout St. Petersburg,” Kriseman said. “Every day I hear from residents and business owners who are proud of how far St. Pete has come. This campaign will make them proud by focusing on the future of our great city.”

The total Kriseman raised in the first quarter of 2017 is $150,000 more than Kriseman for Mayor raised in the same time period when he ran in 2013. To date, Kriseman for Mayor has 406 individual donors.

Qualifying opens 8 a.m. June 8 and ends 5 p.m. June 23. The primary is Aug. 29. The general election is Nov. 7. The mayor’s seat and the seats for Districts 2, 4, 6 and 8 are on the ballot.
