She has made a promise to be a voice for the people and to be a true representative of her neighbors. Mrs. Wissing understands how a strong, safe and prosperous city is built on a foundation built of integrity, trust, loyalty, relationships and humility. She has a strong plan in place to strengthen our great community and to assure it marches towards prosperity.
