Candidates Forum Scheduled in St. Pete
The forum will have the mayoral candidates and those running for the Districts 2, 4 and 6 seats on the St. Petersburg City Council.
ST. PETERSBURG – C.U.R.E.D. (Communities United for Reparations & Economic Development) will host the People’s Forum, a community forum with the candidates running for St. Petersburg mayor and city council district 2, 4, and 6.
The forum will be addressing four issues: gentrification and affordable housing, economic development, public safety, and workers’ rights.
This event is free to attend. The People’s Forum will be held 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Monday (Oct. 30) in the Sanderlin Center, 2335 22nd Ave S.
