The SPCA Tampa Bay says Hurricane Matthew won’t stop tomorrow’s (Oct. 8) Pet Walk.

ST. PETERSBURG – The SPCA Tampa Bay is excited for its 26th annual Pet Walk on Saturday (Oct. 8) at Vinoy Park.

SPCA officials say they’ve been keeping an eye on the weather, and are still planning to host a great day with Pet Walk, so take your family and canine companions out to Vinoy Park, 701 Bay Shore Drive NE in St. Petersburg, for a fun time.

Enjoy a walk along the waterfront and fun-filled activities like the pet costume contest (get there early to register, contest starts at 9 a.m.), brand new Kids Zone and the Take Me Home Zone featuring adoptable pets.

Registration for the walk begins at 8:30 a.m. and the walk itself begins at 10 a.m.
