Tampa Artists Show Love, Solidarity in the Face of Evil with Pulse Fundraiser

Pulse Fundraiser | Orlando Shooting | Tampa Pitcher Show

A variety show and dance on Saturday (June 18) will benefit Equality Florida and the victims of the Orlando shooting.

TAMPA – What happened in Orlando at the Pulse Nightclub should never happen…anywhere…anytime, says the Tampa Pitcher Show and Tampa Bay artists.

But, they acknowledge that there is evil in this world. And to combat that evil, people need to show love. People need to show solidarity and to step up and help the fallen and their families when that bell sounds.

The Tampa Pitcher Show and local artists are banding together to put on the Pulse fundraiser. Several groups plan to perform in a collaborative variety show and dance. Opening the show with an acoustic set will be the local rock/jazz fusion band American Noir. Performance groups include Hellcats Burlesque Troupe and Crazy Random Happenstance. There will also be raffles of donated items.

All proceeds from admissions and raffles will go to Equality Florida for support.

Doors open at 10:30 p.m. and the show begins at 11 p.m. Saturday (June 18) at the Tampa Pitcher Show, 14416 N Dale Mabry Hwy. Admission is $10. For information go to tampapitchershow.net.
