St Pete Pier | Pier District | Pier Park

The city will begin negotiating with Colliers Arnold over details of the deal.

ST. PETERSBURG – Mayor Rick Kriseman has chosen the Tampa firm of Colliers Arnold to manage St. Petersburg’s Pier District.

“I have determined that the proposal presented by Colliers Arnold provides the city the greatest opportunity for successful operation and management of the Pier District,” Kriseman said today (Feb. 13).

The decision was made after a review of the technical evaluation report prepared by the evaluation committee, and considering the strengths and weaknesses of the applicants. St. Petersburg will now begin negotiations with Colliers Arnold Inc., dba Colliers International Tampa. Upon completion of the negotiations, the agreement will be presented to the City Council for approval.

Founded in 1974 in Pinellas County, Colliers Arnold has a combination of global experience with in-depth knowledge of St. Petersburg. In partnership with Big City Events, the team has strong relationships in the St. Petersburg community, with experience in leisure, entertainment, retail, tourism, sports and events.
