The Spicy Lolly Lick-a-thon is only one of the many events at the two-day Pepper Fest.

PINELLAS PARK – If you like things hot, then the 10th Annual Pepper Fest is for you. The two-day event goes off rain or shine and includes such activities as a spicy food show, an amateur hot sauce competition, a pepper eating contest, a whip cracking demonstration and lessons. Partial proceeds to to EARS, Elizabeth’s Animal Rescue and Sanctuary, Inc. Both days will be at the England Brothers Bandshell, 5010 81st Ave. N. It’s 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday with an After Burn party featuring Jeremy Thomas and the Surfin’ Raccoons from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. The fun will continue from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday.
