Seminole Boulevard Lanes to Close Temporarily

Seminole Boulevard | Pinellas County | Sewer Repairs

The closure starts today (April 18) and will last for about three weeks.

SEMINOLE – Two northbound lanes on Seminole Boulevard will be closed for approximately three weeks beginning today (April 18) to allow Pinellas County crews to repair a broken sewer main in the area of Seminole Boulevard and 16th Avenue SE.  Crews discovered a break in an existing 8-inch sewer main that caused roadway damage on Friday (April 15). Crews repaired the damaged roadway immediately. Sewer main repairs are expected to last about three weeks. Service to Pinellas County Utilities customers should not be affected as the repair work continues. Drivers are advised to use Ridge Road S or Starkey Road as alternate routes.
