Pinellas Park has unveiled its Click & Fix program, an easy way to report issues in the city.

PINELLAS PARK – City officials here have launched Pinellas Park Click & Fix, an easy and convenient way for residents to ask for service or report problems in their community. With this free tool – available online through the city’s webpage or on a smartphone – Pinellas Park residents can submit, track and view service requests. Such requests could include neighbors who don’t keep their grass trimmed or a pothole that needs fixing.

Using the Click & Fix webpage or smartphone apps, city residents can describe the problem, report the location and add descriptive photos or videos. Once a resident submits a request or issue, the appropriate staff member acknowledges receiving it and updates the request as it is resolved. Residents are able to follow the request through the system after submitting it.

Pinellas Park Click & Fix, powered by SeeClickFix, went live Sept. 3 and was presented to City Council members at a meeting that evening. Pinellas Park Click & Fix is part of a larger city initiative to make it easy for residents to contact their government in a convenient, single location.

“Pinellas Park is pleased to provide this service to residents so the city and citizens can work hand-in-hand to make Pinellas Park a better place to live,” Mayor Sandra Bradbury said.

Mayor Bradbury suggested residents give it a try by going to Pinellas-Park.com and clicking on the Click & Fix logo. Residents will also find links to download the Click & Fix mobile applications for Android and iPhones.
