Pinellas County officials say the Florida Forest Service is conducting the burn.

TARPON SPRINGS – The Florida Forest Service will conduct a prescribed burn at Brooker Creek Preserve, 3940 Keystone Road, today (Feb. 20). It involves approximately 40 acres south of Keystone Road near the Pinellas/Hillsborough county line. The prescribed burn is expected to start at 9 a.m. and end about 5 p.m. For up-to-date information on current burns on conservation lands managed by Pinellas County, please call the BURN HOTLINE at (727) 582-BURN (2876).
