What’s your favorite poem? National Poetry Month is upon us and the Poetry Foundation wants to hear from Floridians.
PINELLAS COUNTY – Florida residents are invited to share their favorite poems for a national video documentary initiative about the role of poetry in American lives. Later this year, up to six poems from the Florida submissions will be chosen for the documentary. The Chicago-based Poetry Foundation is in charge of the project, which celebrates April as National Poetry Month. To enter or learn about the competition or the foundation, see poetryfoundation.org.
