City Will Be Host to Community Discussion About Tangerine Plaza

City staff and residents will talk about the shopping center’s future.

ST. PETERSBURG — The city of St. Petersburg will be host to a Tangerine Plaza community conversation at the St. Petersburg College Douglas L. Jamerson Jr. Midtown Center’s community room, 1300 22nd St. S, on Thursday (Feb. 23) from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. The public is invited to attend and participate in the discussion, addressing questions such as:

What is the greatest need for the community right now as it relates to Tangerine Plaza?

What is the history behind Tangerine Plaza’s development?

How can the property best serve the needs of our community in the future?

Come meet with community members, interested parties, and city staff to discuss the next phase in the future of Tangerine Plaza (which is located at the corner of 22nd Street S and 18th Avenue. S.) Residents are encouraged to share their thoughts and be a part of this community-led conversation. The Tangerine Plaza Community Conversation is open to all who are interested.
