St. Pete Sets Community Meeting on Tropicana Field
The meeting is one in a series to give residents a chance to comment and provide ideas for the redevelopment of Tropicana Field.
ST. PETERSBURG – You’re invited to help shape the future of St. Pete by participating in the master plan vision for the redevelopment of the Tropicana Field property.
The city of St. Petersburg has begun an exciting process of exploring strategic approaches and options for redevelopment of the 85-acre Tropicana Field site. The importance of this site to the future of St. Petersburg can hardly be overstated. It is a once in a generation chance to create new opportunities for growth, economic development, and an enhanced community.
Consultants from HKS Architects will be in attendance to solicit input and answer questions about the project. You can expect to see early conceptual ideas reflecting community input obtained at recent meetings. More importantly, you will have an opportunity to offer your input on those ideas before they are further developed and finalized.
The meeting is scheduled for 6:30 tonight (Aug. 22) at the Student Center on the USF St. Petersburg campus, 200 Sixth Ave. S. For information call 800-317-8449 or email email@example.com.
