Pinellas deputies say the man has been sexually abusing the victim since she was 10 years old. She’s now 16.

SEMINOLE – Pinellas County deputies arrested a Seminole man Wednesday (May 13) and charged him with two counts of sexual battery.

Arrested was Vincent Stallman, 43, of  9136 Orchid Drive in Seminole. Stallman is charged with one count of capital sexual battery, child under 12, and one count of sexual battery, familial authority.

Pinellas deputies say their investigation began Tuesday (May 12) after the victim told a friend that inappropriate sexual contact had happened on multiple occasions between her and Stallman since she was 10 years old. The victim, whose name is being withheld, is now 16 years old. The friend contacted law enforcement. Deputies said they met with Stallman on Wednesday (May 13) when they arrested and charged him. He was taken to the Pinellas County Jail. The investigation is continuing. For information, see pcsoweb.com.
