Pinellas County deputies charged him with shoplifting from the Walmart in Seminole at Bay Pines.

SEMINOLE – Deputies have accused a Clearwater man of stealing two children’s electric cars. Pinellas sheriff’s deputies say Ryan M. Andrews, 28, of 1100 Oakview Ave. in Clearwater, entered the Walmart store located at 10237 Bay Pines Blvd. in Seminole around 8:30 p.m. on Jan. 12.  They say Andrews selected two children’s electric cars, placed them inside shopping carts and left the store. Pinellas County detectives on  Thursday (Feb. 19) located Andrews at a family member’s residence, arrested him and charged him with one count of felony retail theft and one count of resisting a merchant. Andrews was taken to the Pinellas County Jail without further incident. The investigation is continuing. For information, see pcsoweb.com.
