Construction Complete on Seminole’s New Community Building

The $2.5 million solar-powered building will house the Seminole Historical Society Museum.

SEMINOLE – The $2.5 million newly renovated, solar-powered Seminole Community Building at City Park, 7464 Ridge Road, was dedicated April 6 in a ceremony attended by Mayor Leslie Waters, Seminole council members, architect Mike Mason of Mason Blau & Associates and Vito DiRuggiero, vice president of Biltmore Construction.The community building will house the Seminole Historical Society Museum and also has a community room with enough seating for 250. The building will be available to rent for community activities and other events, like weddings and conferences.
